First we created our take on a Belgian Dubbel base and finished it with a load of Mosaic hops! The apricot and pear notes from the Mosaic blends nicely with the dark fruit flavors from Belgian candi syrup.

Kawi Coffee Stout
Kawi is the Cherokee word for coffee, and this stout is infused with copious amounts of cold-brewed Nicaraguan coffee and roasted malts, balanced by caramel sweetness and a hint of milk sugar. Pour yourself a mug and get the day started off right.

This hybrid ale is our version of a traditional German-style Berliner Weisse, finished with a citrusy twist. The tart, refreshing flavors from kettle-souring Lactobacillus hits first, and wraps up with delicious tangerine notes from the Citra hop additions. Wheat flavors and low ABV round out our Summer Seasonal.
